Description

Generations later, the well was lost underground. Few years prior to Prophet Muhammed's birth, his grandfather Abdul Mutalib who lived in Makkah was shown in a dream, the location of Zamzam to be dug.

Thus the Zamzam was re-discovered and Abul Mutalib became the owner and provider of the water to those who came to Ka'bah in Makkah for the traditional pilgrimage, even before Islam (the religion of Ibrahim) was revived by Prophet Muhammed

Thus Allah the Almighty raised the status of the shepherd Abdul Mutalib in his society, making him one of the most sought after and respected men amongst all the tribes in Makkah.

إعادة اكتشاف بئر زمزم

مع تعاقب الأجيال، صار البئر منسيًا وتوارى تحت التراب. وقبل ولادة النبي (ﷺ) بسنوات قليلة، رأى جده عبد المطلب في منامه، وهو من أهل مكة، موقع بئر زمزم في مكانه الذي عليه ليعيد حفره

وهكذا، أعيد اكتشاف بئر زمزم، فآلت ملكية البئر إلى عبد المطلب وتولى سقاية الحجيج الذين يفدون إلى مكة لأداء فريضة الحج من قبل حتى أن يُبعث النبي محمد (ﷺ) بدين الإسلام (دين إبراهيم)، وهكذا رفع الله تعالى مكانة الراعي عبد المطلب بين قومه وجعله من أكثر الرجال هيبة واحترامًا وقبولًا بين جميع قبائل مكة
